Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and order acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary due to inventory shortages, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other fulfillment concerns.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees will be displayed during checkout where required.

Prices, product availability, and promotional offers may change without prior notice before an order is accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are provided during checkout when available.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $68.00 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Oversized or special-handling products may be subject to additional shipping fees disclosed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Returned products should generally be in substantially original condition and include all applicable components, accessories, and parts.

Products with significant customer-caused damage, unauthorized modifications, or missing essential components may not qualify for a full refund where permitted by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds generally take approximately 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Assembly & Product Care

Certain wooden toys, playsets, dollhouses, and activity products may require assembly.

Promotions & Discounts
